3. 4. Quotes, product information and prices

   Product descriptions, specifications, availability, delivery timelines and prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are not binding until confirmed by ADL in writing or through a confirmed order.

4. 5. Orders and payment

   An order is only accepted when ADL confirms it. ADL may refuse, cancel or limit an order where stock, compliance, payment verification or operational issues require it. Payments may be processed through third-party providers and are subject to their terms.

5. 6. Customer data and accounts

   ADL follows a data-minimization approach. We collect only the information reasonably needed to process enquiries, confirm orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not create customer accounts unless required for a specific service.

   Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may change due to logistics, customs, weather, force majeure or carrier delays. Risk and title pass according to the confirmed order terms or shipping documents issued by ADL.

   Where applicable, ADL may provide inspection, grading, laboratory, phytosanitary or export documentation. Natural commodities are subject to normal tolerances in weight, moisture, appearance and other industry-specific variations.

   Completed shipments of agricultural commodities are generally non-returnable unless ADL agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different treatment. Refunds, where approved, will follow the relevant payment channel and processing timeline.

9. 10. Intellectual property

   All website content, brand assets, photographs, text, graphics and layout remain the property of ADL or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or distribute them without written permission.

    We may rely on third-party services for payments, analytics, hosting, email or logistics. ADL is not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages or policies of those third parties, except where required by law.
